We want you to love our stuff, but we know things aren’t always perfect. If you’re not thrilled with your scripts, plugins, tools, missing features, or templates, let’s talk about a refund! To make it smooth, please follow these guidelines:
Getting Your Money Back:
- Within 7 days of purchase: Fresh start, fresh experience!
- Something’s not right: Our descriptions are accurate, but if what you got isn’t what you expected, tell us.
- We can’t fix it: If there’s a problem we can’t solve, a refund is yours. We might ask for details to improve things in the future.
- Installation or function issues: Hitting basic roadblocks? We’ll gladly consider a refund for scripts, plugins, tools, or missing features.
- Contacted support: Give our team a chance to help! Explain why things aren’t working for you.
- Uninstalling after refund: Once we process your refund, remove the scripts, plugins, tools, or missing features from your site.
No Refunds Here:
- Change of heart: It happens, but be sure before you buy.
- Didn’t meet your expectations: We describe things clearly, but imaginations can run wild.
- Accidental purchase: Double-check before checkout!
- Not quite tech-savvy: Some of our offerings require specific knowledge.
- Unclear refund requests: Please explain why you want a refund clearly.
- Shop closed due to owner passing: In this sad case, seek external help (Upwork, Fiverr) to fix the issue.
- No access to your site: We need to see what’s happening to help. Denying access means no refund.
- Purchase over 60 days old: Older orders get archived. Download your stuff promptly to avoid access issues.
- Required plugins not installed: Some things need extra support. Skipping these plugins may hinder functionality, so no refunds in that case.
- Didn’t read the policy: Our terms are important. Buying means agreeing to them, even if you say you missed them later.
Remember: We review each refund request individually. By buying something from us, you agree to these terms and can’t challenge them later. We also can’t adjust for currency changes between purchase and refund.
